President and Chief Executive Officer
As President of AMS, Steve oversees strategic planning, general management and development of Air Motion System's financial, operations and support functions. Steve brings over 18 years of management, consulting and technology start-up experience and has worked with many companies on the development of technology-based business solutions to improve their operations. At Air Motion Systems, in addition to financial and operations management, Steve has ultimate responsibility for developing a world-class technology infrastructure to support the needs of AMS's business and customers.
Daniel E. Cunningham
Vice President of Product Development
An original member of the Air Motion Systems team, Dan is no stranger to the world of printing, manufacturing and UV curing technology through his years spent in consulting, management, sales and service at well-known equipment manufacturers in North America. Dan is responsible for coordinating all product development activities at AMS, including next-generation systems as well as enhancements to existing products. Dan's years of experience with UV and IR systems provide valuable assistance to customers as well as OEM partners.
Derek Butler
UV Consulting
Joining AMS from Shorewood Packaging in Newport News, Virginia, Derek brings over 30 years of printing technology and pressroom management experience, including an extensive background with UV and Hybrid printing technology and processes. As the lead UV Consultant at AMS, Derek's role is to leverage his expertise among the AMS customer base to establish best practices in UV processes and to accelerate the time-to-benefit for new UV printers. Derek holds a degree in Advanced Theory of Printing Technology from the London Print College of City and Guilds Institution.
Roger J. Andrews
Controls & Automation
Joining AMS from B-Ten Systems, Roger has built a successful career developing custom automation products for companies in multiple industries. Roger currently leads the AMS team responsible for electrical engineering and custom automation solutions. In an R&D capacity, Roger's role is instrumental in bringing the advantages of high-performance automation and energy efficiency to the world of UV.

Steve leads the AMS Service Team and directs day-to-day customer service activities. Backed by the strongest UV service team in the industry, Steve has an extensive background in mechanical and electrical systems maintenance and management - as well as specific expertise with UV and IR drying systems - from his years at Shorewood Packaging.

Hans L. Ulland
Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales
As co-founder of Air Motion Systems, Hans brings over 17 years of experience selling, servicing and managing customer relationships in the high-end accessories market of the printing industry. Prior to Air Motion Systems, Hans served as President of Eltosch North America where he was instrumental in growing the company from a start-up to $15 Million in sales in less than 5 years. At Air Motion Systems, Hans has ultimate responsibility for strategic partnerships, customer relations and revenue growth.
Kurt Kroening
Vice President of Operations
Joining AMS from Imagine! Print Solutions, Kurt operated one of the largest commercial pressrooms in the Midwest United States, and one of the largest UV print operations in the country. Over his tenure at Imagine, Kurt oversaw the specialization into all aspects of UV production from plastic lenticular to decorative board and carton. He also provided leadership to one of the most motivated production teams in the industry and knows what a high performance organization is all about. At AMS, Kurt leads operations with a passion and understanding for what customers require for UV success.
Pierre Gelinas
Co-Founder and Lead Field Engineer
A founding member of the Air Motion Systems team, Pierre brings years of design, installation and performance tuning experience in the drying equipment field. Through experience gained from numerous UV dryer installations across North America, Pierre's know-how was instrumental in the development of the Peak UV™ System. Pierre currently brings field leadership to our top-notch team of installation and technical service professionals, the team responsible for the ultimate start-up and performance tuning of all AMS systems.
Michel Gelinas
Field Engineering and Inside Support
A founding member of the Air Motion Systems team, Michel brings over 20 years of mechanical and electrical engineering design and manufacturing experience from Nortel. At Air Motion Systems, Michel was instrumental in the development of the Peak UV™ System and has contributed to nearly every area of product engineering. Michel currently is responsible for numerous aspects of system engineering, R&D and online support of customer systems. |
