Air Motion Systems Announces Sponsorship of
Print UV 2009
Popular Conference Returns to Las Vegas, March 8-10. Expected to be the Largest Gathering of UV Printers in North America.
RIVER FALLS, WI – Jan. 19, 2009 – Air Motion Systems (AMS), a leading North American manufacturer of high performance UV curing systems, IR/Thermal Air drying systems and related accessories for the printing industry, announces that it has become a Platinum sponsor of the second annual Print UV conference, to be held March 8-10 in Las Vegas.
Print UV 2009, the first and only conference dedicated exclusively to the burgeoning UV print market, has booked a return engagement March 8-10 at the all-new Encore Wynn Las Vegas. Following the enormous success of the inaugural Print UV conference in 2008, organizers of this year’s event are busy putting the final touches on a dynamic, cutting-edge educational and networking program designed to promote the growth of UV printing throughout the graphic arts industry.
“We were thrilled to play a founding role in the formation of the last year’s inaugural Print UV conference, and are just as proud and excited to sponsor this year’s expanded edition," says Stephen Metcalf, President and CEO of Air Motion Systems. “Last year’s event marked the first step toward organizing the UV community, and feedback was overwhelmingly positive. This year, we are set to outdo ourselves by providing attendees with even more opportunities to learn about exciting UV trends and innovations from expert practitioners, as well as to catch up on the latest advances in inks, coatings and equipment. In addition to presenting several conference sessions exploring the environmental benefits of UV printing, we also will announce the results of a new white paper on this important and timely topic”.
